Mitchell was engaged to Danielle Norman and devoted father to precious Lylah. They lived together in Townhill, Swansea.
Danielle and Mitchell had been together for 10 years and got engaged at Disneyland Paris in 2018.
Lylah was just one when he passed away.
Mitchell grew up in Waun Wen Swansea and was the youngest child of David and Caroline Powell. His adored siblings Kirsty & David Jr.
