On the first Monday of every month, there is a grieving group currently being held at Unit 2, Phoenix centre, Townhill, Swansea, SA1 6PH from 6pm.
It is run by a few local women who have suffered grief themselves, everyone who attends are each other’s support network without even realising it.
“Everyone talks, everyone listens and more importantly everyone is there for each other. A professional grief counsellor is also there for anyone who would like to talk with them too.
Each person deals with grief differently but the people that attend this great group have all got one thing in common…each person has sadly encountered some sort of grief and together they’re there for each other 
“Please don’t suffer alone go along it’s only when you’re with this group that you realise you’re not alone… a great group with amazing strong people ” says Board Member Kirsty Davies.
Anybody and everybody is welcome with refreshments provided.
The Next meeting is Monday 2nd October 2023.
